We are staying the weekend at Artesian Lakes and I bought two bags of crawfish cat fish bait. Linda said she could smell it so I put it out on the porch on the picnic table.
Well I go out to drink my coffee and find both bags ripped open and clean out lol.
Guess we know what to use for coon bait now lol.

What cabin are y'all in? We go every year and have since I was a kid!! There is a real neat trail over by the perch pond that goes through a swamp. I take the kids back there on a haunted trail walk at night!! They are convinced that the engineer from the old broke down train is still out there.
Wyatt runs a real nice place out there!

Oh......go look at the GIANT snapping turtle over by the restaurant!! Worth the walk for sure!!! Also, the small gator in the swimming hole loves to play chase at night!! He also like marshmallows.....just saying!!

We saw that turtle this morning , he is huge . That's the first one I've seen in the wild.
