Ok so me and 2 buddies have decided that we would like to go on a day hunt somewhere this year if finances allow. This will be a meat hunt for me so I don't need recommendations on places for trophy animals, but my buddies may be interested in ponying up some extra cash to shoot something else. They wanted to go on a whitetail doe hunt and I'm just not down for paying for something that we can shoot in my backyard. I would however pay to go kill an axis doe for the meat and I know they would be thrilled with just about any exotic.
Can you guys recommend some places that we would be able to go that arent outrageously priced. I've never paid to go hunt anything, anywhere, so I need some guidance on where to start and what ranch/outfitters are good and which ones to stay away from.
