Why don't you just start a new thread about Texas State Law, and Property Rights. Let this one be about the Arlington Chief.
    No kidding.....

      Carry on.
Welllll.... you'd better go back and read before you make (again) such claims.

I did. Post 4 Burnadell asks about property (not sure why you don't "school" him since he brought it up, but whatever) and post 10 you respond to him with your property clause.

So you appear to be defending the shooting with the property clause, but then later (when someone points out the "and" in the clause) say it's not about property.

You might go back to post 9 where tvc "schools" Burnadell.

Actually legend has it NOBODY has ever schooled Burnadell & lived to tell about it, so tvc you still in the land of the living.?

Since when do law breakers have more rights than the people we hire to protect our society from them. If I catch someone breaking into my property and vandalizing my property and I am going to shoot them every time. End of story!
Understand the frustration. Let me see if I can find the 1-800 number on the back of my "Texas Law Shield" membership card. Oh, There it is.....

The city of Arlington is a college town and a liberal enclave and extension of south Dallas even though it's in Tarrant county. The actions of the chief are typical of what I would expect from a liberal that coddles to the media.
