GoPro Blackbird Shoot

Did you mount it on the stock opposite side of your cheek?

Looks like youre getting ready for dove season early. What mount are you using? I have a mount for mine but it mounts further forward.

Thanks! Yea they get in the rice fields, the farmers are more than happy to let us shoot as many as we can.

Growing up on a rice farm I have fired millions of 22 bullets, and 20 gauge shells at blackbirds. Suckers will eat you out of house and home if you let them. Seems like they aren't near as bad as they used to be back in the day.

This hunt was before the farmers started cutting the rice, but when they do you can't reload your gun fast enough to shoot at the next wave of birds. Its a lot of fun and a good warm-up for dove season!

I grew up on a rice farm too. I know the fun black birds can be. My record high is 14 birds with 3 shots.
