My gfs family could use some prayers

My gfs great grandma just passed moments ago. She's been having problems for months now. Yesterday we get a call that she had fallen and was in the hospital. She broke her arm, messed up her shoulder and broke about 3 ribs, she is about 82 yrs old. Today we were told that her body was failing, kidneys, liver, and finally her heart. She stayed with us until we arrived at her room. She passed with her family around her singing amazing grace. If you could please pray for the family. Thank you.
