    Deerview window question

Thinking about putting these in my new stand but have a question/concern. I noticed it says the hinge window mounts from the inside, so do they come with a flange or edging to block out rain from the outside?
I'm going all out on this blind so it will last for a long time, don't want water leaking in etc.
    Thanks for any help.

I put mine on the outside, and used flashing for a drip edge on top. Glued a plastic spacer with a hole in it on the bottom edge of window frame for string to run through so I can open and keep it open from the inside.
Might not be right but I prefer my windows to open outwards.

They don't have anything like that but mine are mounted on the inside around a 1.5" square tubing frame, so the window is inset a bit. Doesn't leak much, but like said above some flashing over the window would help a lot. To make it look better, try a steel building place. They will have colored trim that would be easy to install.

Ok, gotcha. Sounds good. Ive seen windows done that way, may tinker with it and see. Thanks

I'll be using 1.5" as well. My son builds metal buildings, roofs, etc. He should be able to make me some trim, edging, etc. Thanks for the replies.
