I turned the unit off for a little while & turned it back on and started cooling. Checked line and now see condensation. I'm planning to have it checked out at least. Thanks for feedback!

Yes. Your system prob has hardly any refrigerant in it. Bad leak somewhere. Get a tech ASAP. And turn they aren't off so it don't kill the compressor

No. Labor is 1 year. Freon will not be warranty either. Will be between 600 to 1000 to replace. That depends on several things. If the have to clean up coils while they are there.

Compressor is around 450 to 800. Depending on which one. So you are saving some.

Side note. Compressor normally don't go out that quick. Compressor fail for just several reasons. a manufacture problem, electrical spike (lightning )or installation incorrect on system. 90% of time it's installation problem.

Use is running making noise. Like someone said above. Could be low on freon. If it's not low,but making noise the oil is leaving compressor. This means your system is slugging.

I don't remember nor have I gone back through the post. Is your large line sweating. If so look at compressor. Make sure it is not. If compressor is also sweating, and know one has been out in awhile you more then likely have an airflow problem.
