I went with my family Spring Break 2014. We stayed at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, I believe it was the Aventura Spa Palace before it was a Hard Rock.

Ive been all up and down the Maya...from Isla Mujeres to Tulum...love it there

I was at the Rivera Maya Hard Rock in June, it was fun but, food sucks. Beautiful place, do not buy into their membership it all BS. xplor is awesome

We went to Cancun in July stayed at Le Blanc, freakin awesome!!

We went to Iberostar Grand Paraiso. It was incredible.

I am going to Playa 8/27-9/3. I have heard the sargassum is terrible this year but it seems to be lightening up lately. Hope it doesn't affect the snorkeling/scuba.

We are going the the end of October. Staying at the valentin imperial maya resort.

ColinR- my wife and i spent our honeymoon at the Valentin back in 09. It was awesome, beautiful resort, adults only, and there were 9 restaurants to choose from, all of which had great food! Our favorite breakfast was at the beach restaurant, Chicken Chilaquiles. for lunch they had grilled scallops to die for at the same place.

aside from the tropical storm that blew in, and the pain my wife was in (from rollover car accident the day before our wedding) it was a great time!
