    Need some rain quick.

Thanks to our lord for that beneficial May/June rain but its getting dry in a hurry in northern starr county. Hopefully we get some rain this coming weeks or our lease will start to hurt pretty bad. How is it looking around you alls places?

Haven't been to the lease in a while so not sure how it looks. Glad it finally stopped raining at the house. The beauty of no rain, is I don't have to mow.

Needing it bad too. Saw the drought index map the other day & several areas are already showing abnormally dry. Burn bans are going up daily too.

East TX has been burning up bad. I've worked on and off in Titus county for the last couple months and I'm not sure it's rained there since mid June.

I'm in Montague county. No rain other than a dust settler in about a month.

Yep, we need rain in Walker county. My lawn is completely biscuit brown.

Newton and Sabine counties in East Texas are getting fried.

Need it bad all around here, passed a burnt up truck on a road close to our lease this weekend. Burnt into the woods about 30 yards but luckily not any farther, could have been real bad for alot more folks.

Typical Texas weather, too much rain or not enough. It is dry here, but the lakes still have closed ramps due to high water.

We had a grass fire that got pretty close to our lease.

I'm southeast of you and you know how dry it is in Hidalgo County - same as Starr!

You better watch out asking for rain some around here seem to take offense to that!

We need it pretty bad around here. Grass is burning up and my food plots look horrible.

2-3" at our place would suffice.
