Sprinkler Control Module
Question for the brain trust. Our new to us home (12 years old) has a sprinkler system for the yard. The control module seems to be on its last leg and I need to replace it soon. Do I ahve to go with the same brand or can I replace it with any other brand?

Should be able to use any brand just make sure the model you buy will support the number of zones you have. -
You can count the number of control valves you have and that should tell you how many zones you have. Each control valve should be a separate zone.Comment

Pay a little more and get one that you can push one button and it will start a sprinkling cycle to do the whole yard. To do my yard I have to go outside 4 times to do all 4 zones.... Hope it breaks soon......Comment

Well went out and got a new control module. Took thorthunders advice and got the one where you can water all zones at the push of a button. $40 some odd dollars and super easy to program. Thanks for the input.Comment
