Didn't have the lease but be sure to eat at Red River Steakhouse! They have a plum cobbler that is terrific. I used to have a place in Wheeler County that was great hunting.

I'm referring to a lease in Brown County owned by the McLean family. I am on the 'south lease' zone 5.

With no clearly defined edges in the prickly pear & mesquite flats, compounded by no water (on my section) or climbable trees, I'm having trouble determining where to build any natural ground blinds. I'd rather not hunt critters under the feeder.

                Where is the RR Steakhouse?

It's in McLean. May be a stretch to make it there in time for dinner after the evening hunt.
