best small safe for a pistol?

My wife wants to give one to her dad for his birthday. Which one is the best. Doesn't want a big safe, only a small one

I have the same one but found a 12V AC adapter and soldered it in. Battery life was terrible but I'm in it every day for my EDC piece

I like the V-Line models - mechanical push buttons, no battery to fail.

I have the two gun version of that one and like it. However I do kind of wish I would have gotten the finger reader style for faster access.
