Post pics of what you are starting with. The first mod I would do is put a carpeted floor in.

I built a wooden deck with a seat base in the front of my 14 foot, also got a trolling motor mounted to it...best thing I ever done

That front deck setup and fishing from it could get interesting in a 10ft depending on the occupant's weight. Been there, got the prize.

Just depends on how much weight Is in the back, I'm 6'4 325# and have 0 problems granted mine it 14 foot with float pods on the rear. I really set this up for a backwater/creek perch jerker, Iv shot a lot of daytime gar with it. Even with me on front it'll float super shallow

Edit I wouldn't trust it in choppy waters or fast flowing rivers, I've had it in both and didn't like it with me up front, just driving with outboard is fine with both though. If I had this setup on a 10 it would strictly be a backwater or pond hopper maybe small creeks

I don't plan on putting a deck on it.. Maybe wood floor and some carpet at most

Aluminum rod holders that can slide anywhere on the rail.

                      Drainplug.

I realize that you overthink your projects and have them planned out to the last detail , but just as a reminder...DO NOT FORGET YOUR DRAINPLUG!!!

I would start with making sure it doesn't leak...

I would install 2 power poles.
                          Probably a casting tower.
Maybe bow thrusters to help when entering and leaving dock areas.
                          Also a window unit.
