    Where to fish around Galveston

Helping my sister move into her apt down here and me and my dad want to go fishing tomorrow morning. (No boat)

Figured we'd head across the ferry to Boliva and fish the surf

    Any tips would be appreciated

With a southwest wind I wouldn't count on the water looking to good at the surf. I could be wrong . If you send me a pm ill give you a option that paid off last week good in a south west wind

You can try one of the party boats around there. They offer 4 & 8 hours bay trips or 12 hour offshore trips

If you are going across to Bolivar, you may consider going just a little more east and hitting Rollover Pass. No boat needed, great place to fish on the incoming and outgoing tides. Check the tides and see what time its coming in and out. Used to do alot of fishing down there, but havent been in probably 10-15 yrs. Maybe someone else can give some info.
