Knife Sharpening

Amazon- buy the spyderco sharpmaker. Sharpen it yourself...no wait, and whenever you want it sharpened it's right there.

good thread, i've been looking for a good knife sharpener myself. Would you guys recommend the spyderco as a good sharpener?

They're pretty good. I'm kind of a knife nerd...junky. I sharpen my spydercos with a sharpmaker. I also have a couple of sets of dmt diamond sharpeners, a lansky, and several old whet stones.

I make knives, and once the edge is ground in, I put the edge on with DMT diamond stones and finish with 3000 grit waterstone

I am planning on getting the DMT aligner magna kit. Anyone has any reviews for it.
