If you get on their website they have a phone number. Every time I've called someone has answered, I'm sure he will make it right. By the way no one is perfect.

this is why i use vapor trail^^^^^^ not once have they let me down and i have installed thousands of their strings.... and i dont have anything against 60X,, vapor trail just never gave me any reason to try anything else

Hard to believe they got the lengths wrong but it happens with any of them eventually. They will also get to you but they're usially really busy especially this time of year

you double check the numbers you gave them?? Ive accidentally ordered the wrong cable length b4 but it was my fault

I'm positive they were ordered at the correct length... When my Pro Shop owner put them on, my draw weight increased to 84 lbs instead of 72 lbs, all on 70lb limbs.... No very happy at the moment.
