        No argument here, but apply only has 7.1 % of the market share, why would anyone waste time trying to attack less than 10% of the world PC count.

        My point is, i'm not sure Apple's security has truly been put to the test.

          I have several family members in the computer world. They all tell me the same thing. Macs don't have the problems simply because there are so few of them, compared to pc. The mac system is just as prone to attack but for now it just isn't worth it to the scum who try and hack, and develop viruses for them. As their popularity grows we will start to see more and more attacks on Apples.
