I asked for one last Christmas. So we have had it 8 months now. I honestly think my wife has used it more than me. She would take a small hard sided cooler on work trips, and now uses the soft sided cooler exclusively. We use it when we make road trips south. I have the 12pack version. My wife asked me about getting another one, since we use it quite often.

Having used soft-sided coolers in the past, it was always a matter of time before it would eventually leak. One thing I like about this is that they are not supposed to leak through the bottom. Of course it will leak through the zipper if you turn it on its side, but so will the majority of other soft sided coolers on the market (excluding the ones that cost a week of take home pay).

Needless to say we are pleased with it.
Oh and I saved all of my old soft-sided coolers and use them to store my chains in my truck tool box

What size would yall think is best for a kayak? I use an HEB one now to put my fish in. I will be using it for frozen bottles of water and to throw my fish into.

I am going to go with the Taiga I believe. I just cannot pay an extra 200-250 for a water proof zipper. As I have said, Yeti makes an awesome product no doubt, but for ME, the Taiga makes the most sense.
