Private Selection Angus Ribeye - I put it in a pan on the counter, hit it with Chupacabra on the sides, front, and back then let it sit there for about 3 hours. Then threw it on my gas grill with my aluminum Grill Grates at about 600 degrees about 4 minutes each side until it hit 120 degrees internal, then covered it and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

You're welcome! That steak was tender enought to be cut with the back side of my knife!
