    Need a new game camera

    Hey guys,
Want a nicer game camera than my Moultrie. No need for the sending pictures to my cell phone.

Have about $150.00 to spend (maybe a little more).

    Whats the GS say?

    Cheers

The small bushnel Walmart sells for 99.00 camera is about 3-1/2"wide and 5" tall
Uses 4 or 8 AA batteries and last for over 6 months.

Since posting...I have done some research.
        Stealth Cam G30 - $91.22
        Browning Strike Force 10mp HD - $132.00

Are these two decent cameras? Is the Browning $40 bucks better?

Don't get hooked on the price thing. More is not better with cameras.
I have owned $300 and $500 cuddle backs. They lasted 3 and 4 months. They are garbage. And the company's customer service is garbage. Wanting me to pay 50% of the camera cost plus shipping to replace my cameras.
I have had the old moutre cams as well. They don't take very good pictures after about a year.

So far these small bushnel cameras have lasted 3 years.

Check out the reviews on trailcampro.com. I bought the Browning Strike Force from them back in 2014 and it came with a free SD card and extended 2yr warranty. Not sure about the 2015 HD versions though.

I bought the Browning Spec-ops last year from trailcampro and really like it. Came with the 8GB card and 2 year warranty. Probably will buy another real soon.

I have several of the higher priced Bushnells and they are good cameras but no better than these !

Primos Proof cam 03 has a real good raiting on TCP and is $149. Out of stock but expect to be in mid-month. Might order that one...

I have used lots of different cameras over the years. The only two I will spend my money on nowadays are Reconyx and Browning (specifically the Strike Force). Strike Force is a solid cam. I was a die hard Bushnell fan before this. Browning has a better mousetrap IMO.
