Since I graduate in 9mos and will officially be DocJay, I thought I would practice my physician cooking skills like the famous culinary Docmay.
Appetizer- frozen mug filled with corona, pickled quail eggs.
Main course-
Texas caprice salad- slices of home grown tomato, Avocado and mozzarella cheese, grated red onion, Parmesan, parsley, cracked black pepper and feta Italian dressing.
al dente green beans cooked in garlic sauce with onion and mandarin oranges.
Deer tenderloin marinated and glazed with steakhouse sauce.
And Garlic toast.
Dessert- a fine Texas whiskey on the rocks!
