Anyone else dislike the review rule in MLB as much as I do? Too many whiners when each and every call doesn't go their way IMO. Live with it.

Now he knows how Dez feels.

They might have seen a bullpen view we didn't see and they saw the ball laying on the ground. Then it would be a home run.

This just came up at work... I had never seen that video... pretty funny.

After looking up the rule on what a catch is... it is pretty cut and dry. He woulda been better off just smashing into the fence instead of jumping. When he jumped he made it so he has to control ALL the way to the ground...

Because he carried it over the wall, in fair territory where it fell this it can ONLY be called a home run... wow, weird...

so moral of the story, build walls higher in the outfield

looks like a clear out,, he was not fumbling the ball and had his glove closed tight when he went over the fence, and i did not see any movement that looked like someone picked it up and handed it back to him....

Ball never hit the ground before making it out. He lost control of the ball when he landed so that is where the ball landed.

Still think think that him taking two steps after catching ball showed he had control. Same as if after a catch you drop ball while pulling out of glove to throw is still a catch.

The rules concerning what is possession of the ball, football and and baseball, has gotten totally stupid here in the last few years. I am thinking the people making up these rules need to retire and go play golf. They have gotten way to senile to manage the sports! basically the same thing that's happened to our government and politicians! Now.... I feel better...carry on.

Couldn't get video to load, but by reading it- it's a HR

It's a myth that if you go over the fence and catch it the batter is out. If you go over the wall too it's a hr catch or not

Got it to load, clear Hr

Should be an error, I saw no need to climb fence like that

Kinda like Elvis throwing his glove at a pop fly the other night, automatic hr if contact is made. He would be sent back to AA ball with a real manager

Only problem is he caught it, took two steps then jumped wall and when landed ball came loose. Way I saw it in video...

Only part I'm not good with, he was on field when caught then ran and jumped wall. Vs jumped, caught, fell out
