Game Processor Abilene to Coleman

I took a hog into Halls Custom Packing in Colemen this weekend. They seem like nice enough guys but only do breakfast sausage.

Are there any other game processors in the area?

We are between Abilene, Winters and Coleman in the NE corner of Runnels County.

You will be pleased with hall's reguardless. Mike and Ed's is in Cross plains and they make on on variety of sausage but I don't think they open until November.

i am with Jaspro, the only one I know is Mike and Eds. Jaspro, isnt there a small mom and pop in Cross Plains that does it too? Right off the square by Higginbothams?

The Deer Shop. I think that's what it's called. North of Buffalo Gap. Or, Stephen's here in Abilene. They both do it all.

Yeah the meat locker. I forogt about them. They got a new owner about 2 years ago that is supposed to be turning out some awesome stuff!

Yes weve been using them for a long time it is run by diffrent people as of 3 years ago
