Big day in CO today

Doing final tour today of a dude and hunting ranch we are hoping to buy very soon. We are going in on it with the previous owners who had it ranked in top 10 family destinations in the U.S. By several magazines when they sold it in mid '2000's. Place isn't too far from Wolf Creek in SW CO. Just shy of 500 acres with main lodge, and four guest houses. It sits adjacent to several thousand acres of public land as well.

We'll be operating it as a destination hunting, dude and recreational ranch. Lots of great trout fishing, atv/horse riding, rafting, great mtn biking, rock climbing, snowmobiling, hiking/horseshoeing etc. And of course elk, deer, mountain lion, sheep, antelope and bear hunting along with other predators.

Went very well except for all the rattlers we saw/heard! I will certainly be involved from an investor stand point and a regular "guest" but not so much on the daily operations. I'll leave that up to the pros. Should know more by the end of the week. We are late for this season but wait to see what we have planned for the 2016 season!
