        Exactly why I love my game tamers. Chains, Lags, and then I put a strap around it for a third line of security. Good reminder to all and be safe out there guys!

          Seems like i heard that even chains can be compromised as the tree grows and puts additional stress on them. Do you loosen and readjust once a year?

            Will be redoing all my chains and replacing straps before season. And every time I climb up I'll check them. Just because you got in a stand in the morning doesn't mean a critter didn't chew on it during the day...
