I can't believe it took until post 77 before Robin Williams came up! Definitely one of my favorites.
Grew up listening to Bill Cosby - He was awesome. Too bad he has a dark side.

Have seen a bunch of no-names in comedy clubs around the country that knocked my socks off.

The funniest show I've been to by FAR was the Blue Collar Comedy Tour at the Stockyards. Those four guys went on for over three and a half hours. Never laughed so hard in my life. Bad thing was, they served beer there and I almost peed all over myself because I didn't want to miss anything by going to the restroom.

I saw Seinfeld once. It was horrible.
I saw Sam Kinison when he was straight and sober. Horrible.

Was surfing around you tube and ran across a British comedy panel type show called Mock the Week...Frankie Boyle has some great one liners. Some crude and some very anti-pc, but hilarious comments.

Rodney Carrington / Ron White / Tim Wilson are all represented in my cd collection.
