Game Camera Thief!!

I hung a set yesterday at noon and moved one of my cameras over it. I hunted it today and camera was gone. I cannot believe it!! It was there for a little over 24 hrs. I haven't had the cam but 2 months. Probably no way to find out who took it! How are ya'll securing your I40s? I thought about locking it up, but figure if they're low enough to steal, they would just beat it with a baseball bat if they couldn't take it.

I feel your pain man, or at least some of it. Someone stole the card out of my camera last week. Fortunately they left the camera. I've been freaking out all week wondering if there's a poacher eyeing my hunting spot. Kinda makes you feel helpless, and PIZZED!

Don't worry, its probably not working anymore with all the display issues going on these cameras. Call manufactor and report the serial numbers if you have them as stolen. You never know......might get someone stupid enough to send it in for repairs...

Just wondering if you had the camera in security mode?

I have my Cuddeback password protected and my name imputed into the camera. So at least if it is taken I can be assured that the no good dog can't use my equipment.

This is one of the downsides of digital. At least with film you could stand infront of the camera with a sign that read "If this film is being developed by someone other than Tim Glass, then this fim is stolen. Call *************"
