Things to do around Boerne

My wife and I are taking the bike down to Boerne next week. I've never really been there so looking for any advice on things to see/do in the area. We are going to ride the 3 sisters motorcycle route but other than that I'm open for suggestions.

Ride on over to Alamo Springs Café between us and Fredericksburg. Best burger in the state, and awesome scenery for a ride!

Head over to Lost Maples National forest... another good trail.

The old smokey is a really good sandwich. They have awesome homemade pie and cheesecakes.
