    Crawfish help needed.

    So we caught probably 5 to 7 pounds of them tonight and not sure how to proceed from here as far as cooking them. We need to clean em? How long to cook for what temp what seasonings etc... Basically gonna be our first time ever attempting this at home.

    With such a small amount just break the tails off, peel, wash, and make an etoufe'.
    Google etoufe' or go to youtube for recipes and how to do.

      Rinse really well with a water hose. Start a big pot boiling and put in crab boil and a stick of butter. Takes 2-5 minutes put in a cooler and add some Tonys on top. Shake the cooler and then enjoy!!!!

        I'm no expert, but don't you need to purge them in saltwater before you cook them?
