Mount bcak from my 2014 Droptine Ranch Hunt

First off I have to thank webstertroy for TBH expressing it down from FT Worth for me, Troy it was nice to meet ya and I hope you and the family have a good vacation.

I took my SIL on a hunt over to Droptine ranch and the animals we saw, all kinds of exotics, and the white tail herd is of great quality. Turned out to ba an awesome time and our JJ Matt along with Cory and his wife are awesome hosts. I cannot say enough good things about the ranch , the food they served us or the quality of the hunting. All just very awesome and I would suggest anyone looking to go on an awesome hunt to look up JJMatt and the Droptine ranch, you will not be disappointed by any means.

I killed this buck with my 35 Marlin Stainless that my SIL and my 5 kids all went together on to buy me for Christmas of 2013. Gun is simply awesome shooter and I decided to leave it old school and just shoot open sites with it.
It dropped this 165" + some change buck in his tracks.

You will enjoy, I seen some awesome deer but kept holding off. Then this one stepped out in a pasture few hundred yards away and I glassed him and thought , hmmmmm look at the character.
Watched him work his way to my side and the lowered the boom.

I could have had some over 200" , knarles barkley was so dang tempting.
