I live in Hewitt and work for Danco Comfort Services. What's your problem?

From an inspection the heater coil needs replaced. I tried to turn the ac on for the first time today and the air handler would run but the outside unit would not. My father-in-law said the outside unit was running when the inspector was out there a couple weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I have all the fuses and switches turned on inside and out.

Did the inspector say why it needed to be replaced. Is it dirty, rusted out, leaking.... Outside not running could be a number of things. But if it was running and now isn't it might be a contactor or capacitor.
