    i called them when i broke my dodge back window out. i was planning on insurance paying for it but i wanted to know what the cash price was incase it was cheaper than my deductable. they would not give me a price. said it all depends on what insurance i have. i said i havn't filed yet,
    what is the cash price....
    "what insurance do you have?"
    what does it matter?
    "oh, we can't give you a price, it has to go through the system under an insurance provider"

    so i called a place in college station.
    whats the cash price
    "$280 ish"
    ok, my insurance is .... i'll see you friday


    i didn't want to play the insurance game. should be a set price no matter who is paying. reminds me of medical insurance

      used them on all my vehicles for past 10 years... never an issue.
      Fast.Easy. No insurance issues. pay my deductible and be done.
      Quality work.
      Sounds like you had a bad experience and are screaming boycott the whole company because of it?
      Ever had a steak over cooked? you stop eating steak?

        I called the manager yesterday. He transferred me to their "executive" department that is trained to handle this stuff. They apologized but at the end of the conversation I was still given the 20th as the earliest they can fix their screw up. The manager is supposed to call me this morning before 830 to try and figure out a way to fix it quicker.

        I have been in service oriented businesses my entire life. If one of my employees ever left a customer the way dumb and dumber left me yesterday they would be terminated. No questions asked. And I would have someone fixing the issues the very next day.

          Clearly I'm not calling for a boycott of the entire company. I was pretty heated when I wrote the title. But I'm not an idiot. To try and get people to boycott a huge company over one incident is ludicrous. Let's put your common sense pants on this morning buddy.

                That is crazy because I have used them twice and did not use my insurance because their price was cheaper than my deductible. They also did a great job both times.

                  This should have been the first thing they offered. "When are you available for us to come back and fix it?"

                      After talking to 6 different people in their "executive office" I FINALLY got in touch with the manager of the actual shop that the techs were sent out from. I emailed him my pictures and he was (or at least he said he was) appalled at the condition they left my truck in. Also, they magically found an oem window for my truck in the warehouse and will be out today to put it in. All in all it's pretty ridiculous that it came to this but if the man is willing to make it right, I am willing to let him.

                              Im glad they are fixing it but man that is a pitiful service plan they have in place if you had to talk to 6 different people to get it resolved. It amazes me to this day how poorly some companies can operate on the customer service front and stay in business.

                                May have spoke too soon. Got a call from the tech saying the glass they gave him is the same aftermarket crap. He told me he can guarantee that I will have problems with it. I gave him my vin and he is going to let me know when they can get an oem window in stock. Man this is getting me frustrated again.
