Anyone priced concrete lately??

Looking at a 15x40 slab with about 6 footings to build metal over off side of my shop. Wondering if anyone had a recent sq ft price.

About $100 per yard on the concrete.

You are probably looking at about 6k maybe more depending on thickness of slab, how deep your beams are around it and how many cross beams you put in. Price will also vary depending on how level your ground is and how much dirt and prep work will be required. Ease of access for concrete trucks will also be taken into consideration. Concrete is high right now....$100-110 per yard. You are probably looking at around 3-3500 just in materials (form material, steel, plastic, concrete, dirt if needed etc.). Thats just a ballpark not knowing all the details. Usually you can double the price of all the material costs and get a good idea of what your total cost will be.

Assuming a 2×6 form and a 1' wide ×16" deep beam around ot with a couple cross beams.....it looks like your material would only be in the 2500-2800 range. A 4" slab would be cheaper.

Yeah I have flat ground with packed crush rock. Base is ready.
