I got attacked this morning. Been mowing around them all year at the very minimal oncea week. They must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. After my son pulled 27 stingers out and I realized I had knocked my glasses off while trying to get away, I decided they had to go. A little protection and a gallon bucket of diesel/old oil later

I hated to do it, I had ever intention of leaving them till it got cold and cutting and moving the stump. But I had to be able to find my glasses.

you might try your county ag agent for a list of phone numbers for bee keepers that do bee removal, also check Craigs List. Some will do it for free, some charge.

Just Google San Antonio Beekeeper association and you'll have the answer.
Otherwise, most Texas counties have a beekeepers association and they have websites.
Texas A&M website has a bee section and they maintain a list of both private and commercial beekeepers.
Isn't difficult to find someone to remove the bees.
