Never heard of a woman renter telling the landlord that they can't repair their own rent house. Renter then chased off the contractor and refuses to allow him to come back.
Lady has one VERY BAD attitude. They tore up the house.

But that's OK, she and her family, along with her pathetic attitude, are fixing to be evicted.

Sounds just like government housing. I really can't grasp why it is so hard to throw a non paying renter to the curb. There is a better lifer across the street from me that sells drugs and installs stereos in other better lifers car and tries them out at 2-3:00 AM. Litterally vibrates the house and windows for about 4-5 minutes. The real estate company must be trying to get him out but every time they put a "for rent" sign up in whats left of the yard, he backs over it with his car and mashes it down where it can't be seen. Why are these dead beats protected so strongly?

Hateful and disrespectful don't even begin to sum up things. They damaged neighboring property as well. She is definitely the reason her kids are the way they are. No respect for anyone or anything.
An eviction notice is coming in the very near future.
