Got this bad boy FedX today. Easy to fly and going to be fun. Hoping to make a little money with it too as I integrate into my RE Appraisal business.

Supposedly if you use it fit ANY commercial application you have to have a license from the FAA. There was someone else on here taking about it a while back. Wanted to take pics for his mom's realty stuff but couldn't.

No doubt people do it any way. Just throwing it out there.

Already knew that. Got to fill out some forms and jump through hoops to get the exemption, but only need it if you charge money for the video. I am charging for the appraisal and going to incorporate the video into the standard photos I take anyway. Better product means more clients.
