Anyone had to deal with transferring a vehicle title in montgomery county? I had the seller sign the actual title but forgot there was a form to go along with it theyre supposed to sign. anyone tips or help out there?

Can't you go on-line and "de-register" the vehicle to take it out of your name?

Go get the seller to sign the form or get him to sign a POA

Can't you just call them back and have them sight the papers . If not you have to pay an extra $100 to get the title .

Just have "him" sign it. "He" doesn't have to do it in front of the lady at the desk.

I use a title service called Rider Title Express, give Deborah a call at 281-250-8397 and she can answer any questions you might have or help you get title work done.
