    Surf and turf-dinner at doc's

Another long day of operating and delivering babies today. Decided on having a beer and grilling. Got a thick chunk of halibut and a prime ribeye about to go on. Trying out some chupacabra rub, I hear it's good. Got a bit of sad news for the tbh boys. I will be missing the first weekend in October for whitetails and me and a buddy are headed to Belize to fly fish for 4 days. Looks like it's tarpon/snook/permit/bones instead of broadheads and bucks to start the season!!!!!!

Gonna be a little light on the sides. Haven't been to the store this week. Gonna be a frozen veggie type of night!

Not bad! The Horak crew is having bacon wrapped stuff chicken breast with seasoned veggies and caprice salad. Mexican beer choice with lime will be Sol.

Ribeye taking a rest while the halibut finishes up.

These ceramic grills do put out some good food!
