Sorry, don't know anything about it but Honey Island is where I had a lease when I was in High School (87-90). Back then the locals ran deer dogs (legally) and it kept the deer locked down pretty good.

I remember the grease burgers at the corner store. (at a T in the road), yummy stuff.

Got pics of deer killed and deer on the hoof and they aren't bad a all.

No doubt, I think the antler restrictions have made a positive impact overall. At least it has on my Splendora lease.
