Photoshop request

A little different from most. This is a little project we are working on and rain has just been absolutely killing us! It's really became a joke at this point. We have a security camera onsite that takes a still image every 10 seconds. This first picture is the one I want edited.


Can someone insert a guy or better yet a chick on a tube in this puddle??

I would love to be able to send to the client. I have faith fellas!!
