About to go on a rampage
My apartment in San Marcos got flooded from the rain a while back. We were just told earlier this week that we could move back in so my girlfriend and I brought all our stuff back up and were going to get things moved back in.
Once we got to our apartment we noticed a lot of our stuff was missing. It wasn't any valuables, just a bunch of household supplies (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, bed sheets, comforter, etc.) they told us we could leave if we placed them in the certain areas of the apartment. We did as we were instructed; however, all of that stuff is gone. To top it off, the AC in our apartment is not working.
Needless to say, we haven't unpacked anything and we are now staying in a hotel until tomorrow when we can speak to the apartment. We tried calling various numbers to speak to somebody working for our apartment complex but nobody answered any of the numbers we called.
I'm normally pretty patient when it comes to stuff like this. Although nothing expensive was taken, replacing all them household supplies will add up, plus we are having to pay for the hotel we are staying at. I'm really hoping they packed up them supplies and stored them somewhere. If not, I'm not going to be a happy camper tomorrow. Rant over!
