I just got these prices from Regal in Houston.
I wonder how the 4mm would hold up?

Yes, they use corrugated plastic to cover the underbellies of a lot of travel trailers. It comes in a roll about 70" wide and you purchase it by the running foot. I have found it for $4 per foot online but the cheapest I can find it in Houston is about $9 per foot

Headed into Houston for a meeting tomorrow and will hit Regal in the morning for a couple of sheets for walls and roof for my planned 6x8 blind. Will be wood platform with steel studs supporting it (Deerview door and windows). Will post photos of the build... Any suggestions on what you guys have used to seal the joints between sheets? Was thinking the aluminum "duct tape" on the joints and possibly fiberglass resin to seal them (assuming the resin won't react and melt the coroplast...)
