If I'm stuck with playing slots, I prefer the old school 3 reel, 25 cent machines. Max bet on these machings is 3 credits; i.e. 75 cents. It's also very easy to see how you can win.

These casinos love to throw out a ton or the high quality video slots that are marked as 1 cent per play. Problem is, max bet is 400 credits; i.e. $4 per pull. You can play less than max bet, but you won't win the better jackpots.

Video poker is also a good option. Only thing I don't like about video poker is the Royal Flush is the only hand that really pays a jackpot. Most other decent hands do nothing more than keep you from loosing your money too quickly.

I hit a $475 jackpot last night on a machine I haven't ever played before close to Toby Keith's. Hit the Moby **** machine by Toby Keith's for a $100. There is a machine called bejeweled I think by Toby Keith's I hit for $200 last week. It's been my experience that weekends Friday thru Sunday you can't hardly win on the machines you gotta get on the tables.

As long as you're smoking it won't bother you.

Yes but they take a $.50 tax for every hand. Sure fired way to give away $200 in a night.

Best food around is at sernas on 35 by the outlet mall in gainesville. Much better than anything at the casino and it's only about 10 minutes away. I've never won much on the weekends there. Toby Keith's has some of the best calf fries I've had. Also the best beer prices there. They will have some good live music as well. Paladium has some good music sometimes as well

Never heard of $.50 a hand on card games.

I guess we will not be going there.

                                It's a tax deal.

If I'm not mistaken, they can't have craps there, because they don't have a good way to track it.

No question, LA is a better place to gamble. Their casinos have all of the regular Vegas games without any stupid deals like that.
