We are hosting a sanctioned cook off at Waller County Fairgrounds Aug 21-22. All proceeds go to Adapt & Overcome which is a non profit 501(c)3 which benefits Special Needs Children and Neighbors in Need. I have seen a lot of interest here on participating in something like this and would like to know if this is doable. I can segregate the TBHrs in there own area and after sanctioned awards and money are handed out, have a separate category for just for us. I'm sure we can set up targets and have long distance money shoots etc. Whatcha think? Moderators, I hope this is ok to post. This is not an official TBH event.

We already have secured the venue. Sanctioned by Gulf Coast BBQ association. Finalizing the rules now. Brisket, ribs, chicken and open I believe. There are already 4 TBHrs coming out but would love to have more.Comment
