    Peacock bass question

Anyone on here ever fished Peacock Bass in Florida? If so, which guide service did you use...

    Tks

I have fished for them in the Miami Lakes area, airport area we did it on our own but I can call some of my guide friends and probably get the name of some one good for you, if you like.

The peacocks are a lot of fun, like catching a saltwater fish in freshwater. The heat of the day often better than early or late for them.

I've fished with Steve McDonald. We had fun and caught a lot of peacock bass. We also went fishing in the Everglades one day for largemouth bass with the same guide.

Do you eat them or is it like bass fishing and you have to let them go?
