Dahlonega ga

Thursday I happened to be driving through Dahlonega GA on Hwy 19. Found myself driving all around town to read their names. The roadways were lined with white crosses with names of our fallen service men, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam. Iraq, & Afghanistan. Brought to mind a scene in the Big Red 1, "The names are the same."..... "They always are."

I was there many moons ago for Ranger school. The couple of times we received hot breakfast the blueberry pancakes were the best. Beautiful country for sure.
