New HEB coolers?

WHen the FAD dies I wonder if prices will go down?!

A friend of mine has two of them. They work great. I know HEB tried to work with Yeti and couldn't come to terms so they started sourcing their own brand. They look good, work good, and it's quite comparable to the Yeti's , Pelicans, and other molded coolers.

From what I have heard a yeti executive helped with the design of these coolers, they just made improvements on them that yetis don't have. They guarantee that they are the same or better then the yeti.

Surely you guys realize that HEB doesn't actually make anything they sell.

Someone above mentioned that Yeti "worked with" them. That could mean anything from giving them a quantity price to actually manufacturing the things with the HEB logo.

Or, it could be Igloo, the Chinese, or anyone else for that matter. Not having seen them in person, the design to me does resemble a Yeti more than anything else.

I love that they are a Kodi cooler with bear logo and Yeti is bear proof. Would be a hoot to see the commercial of a Yeti (like the one on the Jacks links) jumping up and down on this Kodi cooler and them saying its Yeti proof! lol

Or showing its easy to open with the red button even a Yeti can open it.

A friend of mine sells "Frio " brand coolers. They are another yeti type knock off. I think they are just as good, and cheaper than yeti's also. They are made in Texas too !!!
