I know there are a few realtors here on the green screen so I figured I'd ask for a little help... I'm looking for acreage(5-50) to buy mainly for cattle but wouldn't mind being able to hunt it also. Looking to keep it within an hour or two from south Arlington and wanting to keep it under 3000 am acre or 1000 a month note. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's gotten to the point that I have to move cattle from my grandfathers land and need to find at least something that I can run a few cattle on... Thanks in advance y'all

Go south and east of Arlington. Look at Henderson county/Navarro county or maybe even hill

I'm surprised that you could find land within an hour from S. Arlington for <$3,000/acre. I'll be watching this to get ideas for the future.
Kuma is a realtor out in Glen Rose, but I don't think you can touch dirt for $3,000/acre there, but i might be way off. It would be about an hour-1:15Last edited by ttubudd; 06-17-2015, 12:13 PM.
