I'm moving back to Houston and into a role on a project in Trinidad, curious if anyone has worked or lived down there? I will be working a rotation starting late next Summer.

My dad worked there and hated it. He said the food was horrible. He's in Baku now and likes it much better.

The project I'm on now is in Baku, but we are in Norway managing the fabrication of the subsea manifolds and their foundations.

I work in Trinidad from time to time and used to keep an apartment there. What you wanna know ? I have a project there next spring but I'll turn it over to one of the younger guys.

For $75K a month I'm pretty sure I could hire a **** good personal chef and eat whatever I wanted.

Not Trini, but I lived in Grenada for a few months. It's was an awesome experience and the food was great! We would buy stuff from street vendors as well.

I'm sure it's apples to oranges, but it's what you make it.

She must have been on Tobago. That's the tourist island for Trinidad.
