What does everyone do with the peppers they grow. I have a small crop of cayenne, jalapeño, habanero, & bananas. Any hot sauce recipes? I'm looking for innovative ideas other than freezing for later.

That's the only ones that haven't made anything yet, but I see blooms so hopefully the peppers will grow.

What muddy says. I have not had much peppers this year but am Pickeling cucumbers every weekend latly. Still have hot sauce in the frig from winter.

Sauces and pickeling is real easy. Some internet searching, and picking out things you like. Experiment. Do not need to be a scientist about it all.

I dry most of mine and make pepper powder. I much rather use it than black pepper.
